2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
All orders are shipped standard mail using various shipping partners. If you need express shipping, please reach out directly as not all locations are available. Our products are bulky, fragile & contain liquid, so cannot accommodate express shipping for all orders.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional events. Once your order is processed, the delivery time frame will start and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, with regional and WA locations sometimes taking longer. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping of $15 on all orders. And free shipping on orders $200 and over. Shipping costs may be calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination, if you are in selected rural regions. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalise your purchase.
6. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within Australia. If you need to arrange international shipping or have a specific delivery request, please contact our customer service team and we'll see what we can do

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your shipment’s progress. If you encounter any issues with tracking or have concerns about your delivery, please reach out to our customer service team.

If your order is damaged upon arrival or if you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
